Raphael is definitely an expert in his field. He is very knowledgeable and knows in and out of tax returns. My friend actually referred me to him and I did NOT expect him to be this good. The tax returns as per his estimate almost doubled from my previous tax agent. Raphael is great at his work. I 100% recommend him to anyone who wants to do tax refunds.

Above and beyond service.
Raph did an excellent job on my tax-return and answered several questions I had which were separate to my return, despite the fact we went over time.
He also sent a comprehensive follow up email to further assist me.

5 stars 🌟 are less for what & how Ralph does. I am writing this after using his accounting services for more than 1 year now. He is simply brilliant in what he does, and the most important part is that he cares for his client.
I'm not sure 😕 if I want 🤔 to recommend him (just kidding) because that will make him more busy... that's me being selfish, and I am sure all those other clients who gave Ralph and his team 5 stars feel the same way.
Still thinking 🤔 whether to hire R&A? Don't waste time... Simply get him on his first task and see yourself what I am talking about.

BEST TAX AGENT IN COBURG and PRESTON. Raphael has been a game-changer for me when it comes to dealing with taxes. He's got a way of making all the complicated tax stuff easy to understand. It's like he knows exactly how to put it in plain words. What's really awesome is how he always checks in to make sure I'm on track and understands everything. He's ready to answer any questions - and I've had a lot - without making me feel like I'm bothering him.

I cannot erase (or forget) the years of paying a high price for low levels of service (with large and mid tier accounting firms); however Raph has revived my confidence in the accounting profession and within 6 months paid for his services 10 times over with his advice and outcomes.

I left my books with previous accountant and for a long time, nothing happened. I came to Raphael with 3 years of outstanding tax and BAS. He sorted everything out and even took care of the ATO fines. Added bonus, tax debt is nowhere near expected. Fantastic outcome, couldn't be happier with the service, best decision to switch.
